We're new fans of Cook's Illustrated so thought this would make a good present. I purchased this book for my husband as a Christmas gift recently after reading the reviews.

Many of the recipes require more time to prepare than just a few minutes so we will probably be using it mostly for weekend cooking when we have the time. Secretly I purchased the book so I could use it myself as well.
